Farmer's Market Tour
Come and discover the "Belly of Bordeaux" : the Marché of Capucins, Bordeaux's main farmer's market dating from the XVIIIth century.
At the Marché des Capucins, known as les Capus to the locals, we will feast our eyes on fresh local fruits and vegetables, meats, fish, cheeses, breads and pastries. Your English-speaking guide will help you navigate between the stalls and vendors, rubbing elbows with local chefs who are doing their morning shopping! In addition to superb quality food, this market is full of interesting characters, from vendors with big moustaches and earth-weathered hands, to authentic ol’ blokes in berets!
Our Farmer's Market Tour is a treat for the senses and a true French experience.
